Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how AgriWorks Crop Solutions, LLC (“AgriWorks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information submitted through powrplatform.com (the “Site”). POWR Platform is a product of AgriWorks Crop Solutions, LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company.

This Site is currently a marketing and pre-launch information site. It does not provide access to the POWR Platform application itself. When the POWR Platform application becomes generally available, the application will have its own separate Privacy Policy covering customer account data, application usage, and related processing.

Information we collect

We collect the following information directly from you:

• Email address, when you submit it through the signup form on the Site.
• Name, if you provide one with your signup.
• Any additional information you voluntarily include in correspondence with us.

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit the Site:

• Standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited. These logs are retained for no more than ninety days and are used for security monitoring and basic traffic understanding.

Cookies and analytics

We use a limited set of cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and to understand how it is used. Our use of cookies is described in detail in our separate Cookie Policy.

In summary: we use a strictly necessary first-party storage value to remember your cookie consent choice, and we use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate Site usage. Google Analytics is configured with Consent Mode v2 and runs only after you accept analytics cookies through the consent banner presented on your first visit. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, behavioral profiling, or social media tracking pixels.

The Site may embed videos hosted by YouTube using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set cookies until you click play. YouTube’s processing of any data after that point is governed by YouTube’s own privacy practices.

You may manage your cookie preferences at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, or by adjusting your browser settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Notify you of POWR Platform launch milestones, early access opportunities, and significant product announcements.
• Respond to inquiries you initiate.

Server log information is used only for security monitoring, abuse prevention, and basic operational analysis of the Site.

We do not use personal information for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making, or any purpose unrelated to the limited purposes described above.

How we share information

We do not share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share limited information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers that operate infrastructure on our behalf (for example, email delivery services and hosting providers) may process information solely to provide their service to us. These providers are contractually limited to use information only as needed to perform their service.
• Legal obligations, including response to lawful subpoenas, court orders, or other valid legal requests.
• Business transfer, in the event AgriWorks or the POWR Platform product is sold, merged, or otherwise transferred to a successor entity. In such a case, personal information would transfer as part of the transaction and remain subject to this Policy until updated.

Data retention

Signup information is retained until you request deletion or until you unsubscribe from communications. Server logs are retained for no more than ninety days.

Your rights

Regardless of where you are located, you may request that we:

• Confirm what personal information we hold about you.
• Provide a copy of that information.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information.
• Stop sending you communications.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within thirty days. We do not charge a fee for reasonable requests and we do not require an account to make a request.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what categories of personal information have been collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under California law.

European Economic Area and United Kingdom visitors have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation and the UK Data Protection Act, including the rights described above and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The legal basis for our processing is your consent (when you submit the signup form) and our legitimate interest in the security and operation of the Site.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and applicable authorities as required by Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 487N and any other applicable law.

Children

The POWR Platform is a business product and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of sixteen. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or, where appropriate, directly to individuals on our mailing list.
